This oil cooler adapter allows you to completely replace the factory water-to-oil cooler with an aftermarket air-to-oil cooler. Deleting the factory cooler in favor of an air-to-oil cooler will not only lower oil temperatures but will also reduce coolant temps. This is a must-have for track use.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe oil cooler adapter bolts directly to the 6th Generation Camaro oil pan in place of the factory cooler. For street cars, we recommend also installing an inline oil thermostat to ensure oil comes up to operating temperature quickly and does not become over-cooled during casual street driving.
