BMW DCT Low-Profile Oil Cooler Adapter

The tried-and-true solution for connecting a custom oil cooler system to any BMW DCT transmission.

Machined in the USA from billet aluminum, this adapter provides unrestricted fluid flow while maintaining an extremely low-profile design. It is compatible with all BMW DCT transmissions and uses standard -8 AN hose and fittings, making it easy to build a cooling system around nearly any vehicle or cooler configuration.

Optional swivel fittings allow the hoses to be routed toward either the front or rear of the transmission for maximum flexibility. All orders include new OEM seals. 

Low-Profile Fitting Options

High-Flow Banjo Fittings - The high-flow banjo fittings provide the lowest-profile configuration, extending approximately 45 mm from the transmission’s factory oil cooler mounting surface. Standard -8 AN hose ends attach directly to the fittings, allowing you to choose the hose and hose-end style that best suits your installation.

Push-Lock Fittings - The push-lock fittings extend approximately 55 mm from the transmission case and provide a simple, flexible solution for custom cooler routing. We prefer push-lock hose for many installations because it is easy to work with, highly flexible, and simple to route through tight spaces.

Standard AN Fittings - Stadnard -8AN hose end Fittings - These fittings extend approximately 55 mm from the transmission case and provide a simple, flexible solution for custom cooler routing. Works with any nylon or stainless braided -8AN hose. 

All fitting options are specifically selected for this application to maintain excellent fluid flow without unnecessary restriction.
