True Focus Fabrication - Acura RSX - AWD Conversion Aluminum Fuel Tank

We are happy to release our new bolt in fuel tank for the Acura RSX! This 11 gallon aluminum fuel tank is designed for all wheel drive conversions that require the factory fuel tank to be removed. Our goal with this tank design was to maxamize holding capacity, allow for the OEM fuel pump + hanger to be used, and use factory fuel tank mounting points to install.

FEATURES:

• 1/8" laser cut aluminum construction, professionally TIG welded then hard anodized (type III) to prevent corrosion and increase durability
• 3 adjustable mounting brackets allow for the tank to bolt to factory mounting points
• Billet aluminum fuel hanger ring allows for the OEM fuel hanger to be installed and used
• Use of OEM fuel level sensor
• 11gallon capacity
• Easy connection to OEM fuel filler neck
• -6AN vent hose with check valve
• -6AN return line fitting (if applicable)
• -10AN drain plug
• Compatable with DeatschWerks 9-401-7040 DW400 fuel pump module

DISCLAIMER:

The stock fuel lines may need to be modified to work with this fuel tank. We placed the fuel pump as close to the stock location as possible while allowing space for the drive shaft to be installed. The fuel tank will need to be dropped to access and install the fuel pump and hanger. 05-06 RSX requires an OEM mount above the front of the tank to be removed (spot welds can be drilled out) for the tank to be installed.
