With the car unfinished, Freddy steps in as project manager, taking over where Drift HQ left off to finalize the build and bring everything together. From there, Link ECU sends Leon Ban @autobangarageofficial and Forrest @tunedbyforrest to complete the wiring and finalize the standalone ECU setup, marking a major milestone for the B58 platform.
We highlight the completion of the Link ECU standalone system for the B58 with direct injection, along with the development and testing of a plug-and-play harness solution designed to make B58 swaps more accessible and reliable as a true standalone setup. Once wiring is complete, the car heads to the dyno where Freddy @spectuned and Forrest (@tunedbyforrest) dial in the tune. After tuning, @AdamLZ gets behind the wheel to test the car, putting the finished setup through its first real driving impressions.
