DriftHQ does not operate on the following holidays:

Our website has over 530,000 listings and hundreds of different brands — we can only stock so much in-house. Due to this, we sometimes have the manufacturer or vendor ship directly to you, which can result in delayed processing times or special order lead times in rare cases.

We recommend calling in or emailing our sales team to get ETAs and stock levels so we can make sure you're getting what you need on time.

For items in our warehouse, anything ordered before 3:00 PM is set to ship out the same day. Any item purchased after 3:00 PM will be packaged and sent out the following business day.

At this time our website does not display live inventory levels. Any Google results showing stock availability for DriftHQ are not from us and are inaccurate.

All cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. This fee does not apply to out-of-stock items or orders with excessive lead times.

The 10% fee can be waived if you'd like to exchange for another part instead — just let our sales team know at sales@drifthq.com.
