Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. If there is a significant delay on your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us directly so we can help expedite it.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues

  • Delivery delays can occur due to inclement weather, natural disasters, or other events outside our control. We are not responsible for these delays.
  • Address changes mid-shipment may incur fees paid by the receiver. FEDEX and UPS are the only carriers where address changes are possible, with fees starting at $30.
  • Re-shipment fees for USPS packages are the responsibility of the receiver.

Special Orders / Direct from Manufacturer

  • Items not part of DriftHQ's regular inventory may have a longer than usual lead time due to manufacturer shipping schedules.
  • Special order cancellations must be submitted in writing 5 business days prior to the initial quoted ship date.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

DriftHQ ships only to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

DriftHQ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping — including tariffs and taxes — are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

DriftHQ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with the carrier.

International Orders Due to product size and shipping complexity, all international orders require direct contact with our team before placement to ensure proper handling and pricing.
