SRS-Concept - Steering Rack Spacers (1718)

Do you want a little more angle in your BMW’s steering? These are little spacers designed to extend the travel of your steering rack. These spacers just need to be bolted in between your inner tie rod and your steering rack. This will add 6.4mm more travel to the steering rack. That is a 6 to 8% upgrade! Liquid thread locker on the inner tie rod thread is necessary for this upgrade because it will remove the stock lock washer.

These spacer are made with brand new Stainless steel.

Each purchase is for a complete kit.

The kit include:
-2 Stainless steel spacers

Instruction:
-Remove your tie rods
-Remove your old tie rod lock washer
-Put some thread locker on the tie rod ( non-permanent locker )
-Install the new spacer instead of the ordinary lock washer
-Bolt back the tie rod
-Adjust your tie rod ( decrease 3.2mm of tie rod length on each side of the car to keep your alignment )
-Take a ride !
