Our BMW M50/M52/S50/S52 Swap Polyurethane Motor Mounts are specifically designed for the BMW S50, S52, M50 or M52 24V engine into E30 chassis swap. These 24V swap polyurethane motor mounts incorporate the correct angle and stud location for proper engine seating, and work to hold the engine in place for improved power transfer through the drivetrain. Our swap mounts were the first to market and are still the #1 engineered motor mounts for use when swapping a BMW M50, M52, S50 or S52 engine into an E30 chassis! AKG Motorsport was at the forefront of this and other cool BMW swaps – and has been building them since the early 1980’s.

These polyurethane (70A) motor mounts are our track/performance compound mounts. They are specifically designed for those who want track capable engine mounts that are not harsh on the chassis and also provide for a relatively comfortable ride (such as with a daily driver). They feature our innovative, registered interlocking system – making them much stiffer than a normal medium-durometer mount without compromising comfort. The exclusive, internal interlocking design makes them the only true aftermarket isolating mounts available, while also helping to prevent separation of the motor mounts in an incident.  

Our interlocking medium-durometer compound is hard, yet slightly pliable – with elasticity and memory. This exclusive compound allows us to manufacture a mount with high performance characteristics that is free from the deformation which plastic mounts (Delrin, UHMW) are very prone to. Remember: proper heat-shielding is required on the exhaust side motor mount. For dedicated track cars, we recommend pairing with our Poly 75D Trans Mounts . For dual purpose cars, or where NVH is a consideration, please pair with our Performance Trans Mounts.

Made of our exclusive U.S. Military Spec polyurethane (70A hardness) with internal interlocking system. Engineered for a perfect fit. These are the same hardness as the expensive factory “Group N” mounts. Although they are rated at 70A, they are superior in performance to a 95A motor mount. Set of two motor mounts with hardware.
