These BMW E30 Rear Sway Bar Reinforcement Plates weld onto the rear sway bar attachment points to reinforce the area where the sway bar bolts to the chassis – virtually eliminating the possibility of the sway bar ripping off of the mounting points. Modified suspensions and bigger sway bars make for added stress on the E30 rear sway bar mounting points, which often leads to a failure. Cracks or bends are a bad sign.
