This BMW E30, E36, E46, Z3, Z4 Rear Shock Tower Mount Repair Plate welds onto the rear shock tower to repair it after it has failed. It may also be done before a failure has occurred as a preventative measure. The rear shock tower is one the most failure-prone areas on an older BMW, especially those that are tracked or raced. Cracks or bends are a bad sign. Didn’t catch it in time? No problem – fix it with our BMW E30, E36, E46, Z3, Z4 rear shock tower mount repair plate and a little welding.
