Billet intake flange for SR20DET S13

Xcessive Manufacturing's intake manifold flange for the SR20DET S13 is cnc machined from 1" thick 6061 billet stock. We've left the flange with a 1/2" thickness on the bolting flange, thick webs between the ports for added stiffness and recessed oval pockets around the ports for welding in runner tubes. The flange is designed to use a KA24DE fuel rail (14mm .528 o-ring is a direct fit) without any modifications to the flange or injectors, fuel rail stand off's need to fabricated. We've also significantly lowered the injector bosses so the fuel gets directly into the air stream and fitment of our top feed fuel rail is no taller than stock side feeds were. The flange also comes with a full set of stainless allen bolts to do the install with quality hardware. Stock SR20 side feed fuel rails do not bolt up to the mounting points we've machined in. If you fabricate your own stand off's when the manifold is built, you may be able to use SR type rails.
