Ichiban Engineering - Cast Stainless Steel V-Band 6 to 1 - Merge Collector - Small Frame

This is our all new Cast Stainless Steel V-Band 6-1 Merge Collector which we use on most of our 6 cyl engine exhaust manifolds. 

The merge is made via investment casting using SS304 stainless steel.

This collector was first designed in CAD with Flow charactiristics taken in mind, then 3D printed for testing.  The part is then being cast in a "lost wax" / investment casting method using ceramic shells to create a perfect mold.

The cast is much stronger then a normal welded merge collector as it is a "one piece" part. There are no welds that can be cracked. The flow characteristics are also better as it is much smoother then a normal welded collector.

It features a single 60mm wastegate port that can be used to mount either Tial or Turbosmart 60mm gates. You can use smaller ones but will need to weld them up correctly or make a reduction adapter.
