Manual

  • Use the flywheel / ring gear from the automatic version (Volvo OE 1275370 and Volvo starter OE 1 005 821 97)
  • Use Volvo T flywheel bolts (not inc.) 
  • The bearing and clutch fork remain from your gearbox. If you have a bearing with two height positions - use the 24mm position
  • Use a 240mm clutch disc with a spline dedicate to your gearbox. 
  • Replace the original custom pivot pin with the one from the kit.
