OVERVIEW

The Hang Tight PSC is the world first power steering controller that controls Volvo, Mazda, Dodge and Toyota electric power steering systems without reprogramming. This is every product needed to run a Dodge EPAS Power Steering pump in your car. This bundle does not include the pump itself.

Bundle Includes:

  • Hang Tight PSC
  • Hang Tight Potentiometer
  • Dodge EPAS Pump Flying Lead or Connectors
  • Dodge EPAS Hydraulic Adapter

SUPPORTED DODGE EPAS PUMPS

The best option on the market currently. More power and flow then any other electro hydraulic pump by a massive margin. With control able to dial it down, can be used for every application. Best part? It's one of the cheapest pumps.
Comes in 2 versions, both mount horizontally;

Remote reservoir units

  • 2011-13 Dodge Durango, 3.6L V6
  • 2014-15 Dodge Durango, 3.6L V6
  • 2011-13 Jeep Grand Cherokee, 3.6L V6

Integral reservoir units

  • 2011-15 Dodge Charger, 3.6L V8
  • 2011-15 Dodge Challenger, 3.6L V8
  • 2011-18 Chrysler 300, 3.6L V8

 

ADDITIONAL PUMP INFO

  • Pressure Fitting: Proprietary (adapter avaliable)
  • Return fitting: 3/8 hose barb and 3/4 hose barb
  • Recommended fuse size: 80 amps
  • Recommended power wire size: 8 AWG (10mm2)
  • Mounting orientation: Horizontal
  • Fluid type: ATF or Mopar Specific
  • Reservior type: Integral or remote fill (depending on make/model source)
  • Max pressure: 1725 PSI (118 Bar)
  • Max Flow rate: 3.6 GPH (13.7 l/min)**
