NRG - Gen 2.8 Quick Release Steering Wheel Hub

NRG Innovations has developed the Next Racing Generation in quick release. These new units feature many options that conventional Ball-Lock quick release systems do not offer including specially designed raised sections to prevent the hub from stretches, a self locking mechanism for ease of use and safety functions, and as always, a variety of different colors and color combinations. Made from highest quality aircraft aluminum or powder-coated stainless steel for maximum durability, these units are meant to last, remain stylish, as well as have functional usage.

The SRK-280BK Quick Release utilizes all the features of the Second Generation Systems ball-locking quick release system engineered with raised sections to prevent the scratching and stretching of the hub while a self locking feature adds increased safety and functionality, with the added benefit of an upgraded Diamond Cut Black flared ring. This allows much easier release for the steering wheel by providing added leverage and grip onto the pull ring. Features a black body with a black ring for added style and look to any vehicle. Perfect for race applications where the use of gloves are required.

Available in the options below with either a color matched ring (shown in the images to the right) or a neochrome ring.
