When changing aftermarket tierods on the 240, it's recommended to replace the dust boot with a brand new one from Nissan. the factory boots from 20+ years ago are also often torn, letting dirt, water and mud into your tie rod joints, this could be very dangerous and lead to the failure of your tie rod, replace them with these brand new OEM ones.
