An adapter enabling the connection (swap / conversion) of the BMW M60 V8 engine with a manual 6-speed ZF GS6-53DZ gearbox (ZF Friedrichshafen) originating from the BMW 5 Series E60 E61. The kit includes the Sachs XTend 3000 951 952 clutch with self-adjusters. The adapter is dedicated for SWAP in Daily driven cars and amateur motorsport.

The flywheel base and the gearbox adapter are made of a light and durable aluminum alloy. The set includes crankshaft mounting bolts in class 12.9 (ISO 21269) - tightening torque of 120Nm (thread locker must be used for mounting), bolts for mounting the clutch pressure plate, a custom steel clutch fork pivot pin, and all necessary bolts for mating the engine with the gearbox.

The sleeve ensures ideal centering of the flywheel on the crankshaft.

Replaceable friction plate.

The worn friction plate is easily removable, and you can find a new spare part in our offer.

Its task is to properly guide the gearbox shaft, reduce vibrations, and ensure stable operation of the entire drive system.

The flywheel was made of aluminum and cast iron and is fully recyclable.

It requires the use of a PMC gearbox adapter (the adapter only fits the ECE / LHD version) and a flywheel from the BMW M60 or M62 version with an automatic gearbox (do not use BMW 24 40 1421305). The starter remains BMW OE.

during test assembly we used the Brembo E06003 slave cylinder, the Sachs xTend 3000 951 952 clutch kit (clutch disc, pilot bearing, clutch fork) and the BMW OE 21526777344 clutch master cylinder
