Leak-free VANOS high-pressure oil feed line for BMW M5x and S5x engines.

A leaking VANOS oil feed hose is one of the most common headaches on BMW M5x and S5x engines. The factory hose uses a decades-old design with an inconsistent seal and a small contact surface for the crush washers. The result is oil all over your engine and under your car, and in the worst case, a VANOS unit starved of the oil pressure it needs to work properly. The Raceform VANOS Oil Line was developed to solve this problem for good.

The hose is built with a -6 AN PTFE inner core and a poly braided outer layer, offering excellent resistance to heat and fluids along with improved flexibility. Hose ends are machine crimped, and every line is pressure tested to 3x operating pressure before shipping. Engine-specific fitting adapters ensure a precise, leak-free installation, and the finished part looks far cleaner than the factory hose.

This is a complete kit: it includes the line, high-flow banjo bolts and crush washers, so you have everything you need for the job. The banjo bolts feature a 3-oval-hole design for improved oil flow and are machined from Stainless Steel.
