Simpson's, lightest and most aerodynamic helmet, the SD1 is a premium helmet at a reasonable price. The helmet is tailored towards open wheel dirt track racing with no front vents and a front chin spoiler.

  • Removable Top pads - sizes range from .25" to .625" to allow user to lift and lower the helmet
  • Includes removable gel earcups
  • Compatible with all Simpson communication kits
  • Front chin spoiler for stabillity in open cockpit cars
  • No front ventilation to keep dirt and debris out
  • Top and rear vents for ventilation
  • Optional top and top left offset forced air for cooling and fog mitigation (Coming Soon)
  • Optional rear spoiler for more stability
  • Comes standard with antifog, antiscratch visor. Non-Antifog clear visor available
