OVERVIEW

Do you already dissemble your OTS 3D touch-trigger tool setter on your CNC machine ? Yes probably, and you probably see that your high end probe is made of aluminum and hardened stainless steel but you have to mount it with an ordinary steel t-nut and a steel cap screw inside of it.

This cavity is not accessible for washing and keep chips and old coolant inside until you dissemble it. That cause stagnant coolant will start the corrosion process slowly.

The rust created on the mounting hardware will contaminate your table and make irreversible damages.

Its time now to upgrade for this cheap kit !
