TECH 53 - BMW E36 Differential Bushing Kit

We know how fragile the E36 differential bushings are. They start to crack over time. A failing differential bushing puts additional stress on other components of the rear axle and drivetrain. Keeping the differential properly mounted and aligned ensures that other related components, like the driveshaft and rear axle, are not subjected to undue stress.

The OEM bushings will wear very quickly under spirited driving. The sign of a worn bushing is a loud clonc under big acceleration or when clutch kicking.
We have designed this BMW E36 differential bushing kit so that it last in motorsports application. We manufacture the bushings out of Delrin, and the inner sleeves in strong and lightweight 6061-T6 aircraft grade aluminum. Delrin is resilient, but not enough to produce flex. Compared to Aluminum, the Delrin bushings are more comfortable to drive with. In fact, you don’t feel any new vibrations when this BMW E36 differential bushing kit is installed.

In order to get the most out of this kit, we strongly recommend matching it with our subframe bushings.
