Billet Front Plate w/ Integrated Spray Bar, Billet Mechanical High Flow Fluid Pump, & High Volume Pickup Tube
The billet front plate dramatically improves strength, which can help reduce torque deflection. The added strength also helps improve gear mesh, which aids in wearing, enhances performance, and shifting. Often, when a transmission experiences severe internal damage, it will harm the OEM front plate, but our billet front plate greatly reduces the chance of damage. ***NOTE*** Due to the mechanical pump clearancing of the bellhousing may be required in some applications.
Billet Tri Pad Shift Forks on 1/2 & 3/4
Our billet shift forks are designed to Improve shifting performance and feel. The billet 7075 aluminum construction saves weight and provides one of the strongest shift forks on the market. The billet construction improves strength, while the tri-pad design greatly increases surface area on the synchronizer assembly. This allows for less deflection when changing gears, reduces stress on the shift rail assembly, improves wear pattern, and helps to create an overall better performing transmission.
Proprietary Bronze Fork Pads
The bronze material is much stronger than the plastic that the factory pads are made out of. What is special about our Bonze Pads is that they have oil valley cuts to increase lubrication to increase the longevity of the pads.
Bronze Isolator Cup
The Tick Performance Upgraded Isolator Cup (also known as Shifter Cup Bushing or Spring Cup Isolator) is designed and CNC machined in house using top quality, bearing grade bronze material. This unit is a high performance upgrade that will replace the weak factory plastic piece. Upgrading to bronze over the stock plastic bushing will result in a more positive feeling shift and provide much longer service as the bronze is far more durable.
