This panel will fit turbo, non-turbo, factory intercooler as well as front mounted intercooler setups. It is a bolt-on part that takes less than 20 minutes to install by the average do-it-yourselfer. This custom panel was hand-designed, while the industrial grade aluminum is fabricated using laser cutting technology. Not only does this panel create a visual impact, it also plays a vital role in the cooling system. When front mount intercoolers are installed in Supras, the stock front radiator shroud needs to be removed. The stock shroud is designed to direct the airflow through the radiator, preventing the air from going around. With the stock shroud removed, there is a reduction in cooling efficiency, especially at higher speeds where the fans cannot provide the airflow, since they are not on, robbing your car of potential horsepower. At low speeds the front shroud also allows the fans to operate efficiently as well. By putting an intercooler in front of the radiator, you not only divert the airflow but also heat up the air that manages to make it to the radiator. This Front Radiator Panel prevents the air from rising up over the radiator and losing crucial horsepower.
