Tomei _ Expreme Titanium Exhaust ER34 Skyline 25GT

Tomei Expreme Titanium exhuast for the Nissan Skyline ER34 25GT 2 door and 4 door models. This exhaust is fully made from titanium, and it will reduce your vehicles weight by ~25lbs. Each pipe is held together by springs as well as clamps to ensure a secure connection. The 1mm thick titanium muffler section is packed with long fiber glass wool which is more resilient to wear from prolonged high temperature/pressure conditions. To top it off the muffler is embossed with the Tomei Expreme Ti logo.

Joint Springs

The flexibility of the spring helps prevent cracks from vibrations. Whilst these springs provice a secure connection between each section, the clamp bands and slits on the pipe ends offer additional reassurance when installing.

Muffler Section

The muffler casing (1mm wall thickness) is made with exhaust efficiency in mind. Each unit is embossed with the the Tomei Expreme Ti logo and then polished and head treated for their signature look.

The all titanium 1mm think inner tube features 3 perforations spaced 5mm apart to achieve an open area ratio of 32.6%. Using titanium maximizes weight reduction and durability whilst also providing that distinct racing sound.

Long fiber glass wool is used in all the Tomei mufflers. Compared to short fiber glass wool, longer fibers are much more resilient to wear especially against prolonged high temperature/pressure conditions.

Flange

Although conventional pressed flanges are lighter, Tomei's flanges are cut from 8mm thick titanium, making them more resistant to cracking and warping. In addition, the opening diameter is kept the same as stock to ensure a secure seal.
