Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The customer will be responsible for all shipping fees. Before shipping your product back, please make sure you package it exactly as you received it, in all of its original packaging. All items must be in brand new and resalable condition. Once the item is received, it will be inspected and a credit will be issued accordingly. All returns are subject to a 20–30% restocking fee depending on the product, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

If the product never makes it back to us, that is an issue between you and the shipping service you used.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed or used parts. We are a store, not a rental house. We highly recommend that all parts are installed by a trained professional or certified, reputable shop.
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance items
  • Closeout items
  • Any item not in its original condition, or damaged/missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without consulting us first.

Special Orders / Direct from Manufacturer Shipments

If an order is placed for an item that is not part of DriftHQ's regular inventory, you as the customer may experience a longer-than-usual lead time. Manufacturer shipping schedules may vary.

With this in mind, special order cancellations must be submitted in writing 5 business days prior to the initial quoted ship date.

If the order has shipped and is on its way to the destination, the order will not qualify for a refund until it has been delivered to the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Refund Policy During Giveaway Period

All purchases made during a giveaway period are considered final. Once the giveaway winner has been announced, purchases made during the giveaway period are not eligible for cash refunds. This policy applies regardless of order status or delivery. For any questions or additional clarification regarding this policy, please contact us directly.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipping. (Special orders may vary.)

Contact us immediately to cancel your order with your name, order number, reason for canceling, and the items you want to cancel.

Cancellations are subject to a fee of 10% of the original purchase price. These are fees we are charged directly from the vendor and credit card processors, which is what it costs us to process your original transaction.

If you order and cancel a product, it costs us money to pay employees to work, process, cancel, and interact, as well as processing fees. Unless an item is out of stock, you will pay a minimum of 5% to cancel your order regardless of the reason. If you have any questions, speak with a representative prior to ordering.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at sales@drifthq.com

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping a Return

To return your product, you must first go through the proper approval steps via support@drifthq.com.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
