Designed as an upgrade for the factory cast aluminum brackets which are prone to failure, the PHR Titanium Timing Belt Tensioner Bracket maintains proper belt alignment and tension under extreme conditions, ensuring your timing system remains stable at high RPMs

DLC Coated Bushing

To further enhance performance and longevity, this bracket includes a DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coated bushing, offering exceptional wear resistance and reduced friction. The ultra-hard DLC coating ensures smoother operation and extends component life, making it ideal for high-performance and racing applications.  

Titanium Pin

We've included a grade 5 titanium pin that presses into the tensioner to protect the metal. While the 4130 steel would likely be adequate, installing the titanium pin reduces wear even further.
