Chase Bays Ultra Compact Fuel-Rail-Mount Fuel Pressure Regulator

The Chase Bays Fuel Pressure Regulator was designed to be an ultra compact, aesthetically pleasing, and direct-to-8AN-fuel-rail mount solution to adjust fuel pressure on any fuel injected application. Street, Road Race, Drift, Drag, or Rally. It can handle it. Nearly every if not ALL fuel pressure regulators have terrible mounting solutions. Something we started doing over 15 years ago is mounting the FPR directly to the rail. (Shown is our EK build from 2006)

This is a great solution that we still apply today because it saves one extra fuel line, makes for easy mounting, and just looks cool. Our strong stainless steel 8AN inline swivel adapter allows you to mount directly to the fuel rail safely and clock the FPR however you need it to face. You can also clock the upper portion to point the vacuum hose as needed. Notice the high level design language on the upper, the four stainless coated allen head fasteners are installed from under so the upper has a smooth appearance once installed:

Without a reliable and consistent fuel pressure, your ECU has no way of knowing how much fuel it is injecting into each cylinder. Consistency is key and its all in the diaphragm and spring design. Our pressure diaphragm is molded from Flouroelastomer aka FKM. This is an extremely durable fluorocarbon-based synthetic rubber that can withstand high pressure, rapid change, and any chemicals that would be in your tank including ethanol.

Constructed from 6061-T6 aluminum, hard UV proof anodized black finish. The end-product is a regulator that keeps your fuel pressure consistent and looks good doing it. Each regulator comes supplied with all of the fittings you’ll need to hook up a 6AN return and the direct fit 8AN ORB swivel adapter. If your fuel rail is anything other than 8AN ORB this product will not work.
