The Corbeau BMW E46 seat brackets are manufactured to be a direct bolt in to the BMW E46 chassis. Direct bolt in means your bracket will bolt to the existing bolt holes in your floor board with little to no modifications. Corbeau BMW seat brackets are powder coated in a black matte finish and include Double Locking Sliders.

The bracket fits great in my 2000 e46 sedan. Only issues I had was the two bolt holes for the seat belt bolts stripped out so I’ll need to re tap them. Otherwise well worth it for the money.
