What's the advantage of using the GKTech frame rail extension reinforcement brace?
The missing rail does enable the chassis to flex, having this in place ensures chassis flex within the rails is kept to a minimum. This enables a more direct and solid ride, as well as improving the overall strength of the chassis.

What modifications are required, is this hard to fit?
No modifications are required, you can simply just bolt this in place.

Is there anything else needed for installation?
Nothing else is necessary unless you do want to weld the section in, which can be done. In that case, you will need a welder and other safety gear. We also recommend painting the section after it has been welded in place.

Can I install this myself? If so how long will installation take?
Yes, it is super straightforward, just bolt the new section in.
