IS300 - 1UZ Swap Urethane Mounts

These mounts will allow you swap the 1UZ V8 from a GS400, SC430 or GS430 and keep the engine brackets from the 1UZ. The 1UZ engine brackets have a specific angle that we've accommodated with the angle on the top of the urethane mount, no special adapters or brackets required.

Mount composition

The mount bases are formed in house from one piece of CNC cut steel along with the welding of the lower studs, then powder coated for weather resistance. The upper unit is a pressure cast aluminum piece that's powder coated for protection with a pressed in stud to fit like factory.

Urethane Bushings

We set them up standard with stiffer 80A (Orange) Urethane bushings that seem to work well with most applications but also offer 65A (Yellow) softer bushings.

These are a performance mount, so expect an increase in "engine noise" transmitted to the chassis.

The USDM chassis is a JCE10 but commonly gets reffered to as the SXE10, which is the JDM chassis.

Full floating omni-directional dampening unlike "puck" type mounts with a single through bolt. The bolt causes full metal contact from top to bottom.
