OVERVIEW
When you swap your E30 with an engine from a different chassis, you will need to change your coolant temp sensor so your gauge cluster will display the correct reading. E30s use a single lead brown top sensor for this. E36s and E46s use a different connector, so you will need to wire in the correct connector for your sensor. This Bosch connector kit is exactly what you need. Simply run the wire and solder to the included pin. Place into the new Bosch connector clip and thats it.
