P2M Nissan SR20 - KA24 - CA18 upgrade solid transmission mount.  Made from HRC-80 hardness urethane molded material to keep transmission from excessive vibration at high rpm or high horsepower output motors.  Keeping the transmission steady is vital to avoid mis-shift and can also transfer power to the rear wheels much more efficiently.
