This design allows for additional wheel clearance for people that needs it with their suspension setup. In addition the tension rod is made from S45C steel body which is very durable and can take a lot of track abuse. Paired with 3pcs teflon lined rod ends, offset tension rod spacers and heavy duty bolt hardware makes this tension rod one of the best on the market for the price.
