Thin Rings

The thin rings help reduce unwanted friction and fluttering. The reduced thickness means a reduction in inertial force, which reduces blow-by gases. The distance between the pin and crown allows the design for the ideal land thickness and design shape. This dramatically maximizes the pistons strength.
