The mount is not a bolt-in affair so it must have originally been made for something else. No big deal as it only takes 2 holes to be drilled for the other studs. This mount works great for installing a chase bays reverse mount under the console of a c6 corvette. It would be nice to see a little more info in the details stating that modification is required.
