The patented combination of oiled cotton gauze paired with synthetic material allows this media to thrive in the dustiest environments and is targeted toward offroad or rural aplications. aFe POWER performance air filters use a rounded, evenly spaced pleat design which allows for more usable filter surface area, providing increased flow and greater dust holding capacity. The molded-in expanded metal reinforcement provides added strength to prevent filter collapse. aFe POWER performance air filters are constructed out of polyurethane end caps ensure a pliable sealing surface that conforms to even the most uneven surfaces eliminating the need for gaskets or sealants. The Pro-GUARD 7 media is easily cleaned with aFe POWER CLEANER and water, and recharged with our industry leading air filter oil.
