DEI 97-04 Jeep 4.0L Fuel Rail & Injector Cover

Say goodbye to heat soak and vapor lock in your 4.0L Jeep TJ Wrangler or XJ Cherokee with DEI’s Fuel Rail & Injector Cover Kit. Designed specifically for the legendary 4.0L engine, this kit helps restore smooth, consistent fuel delivery by shielding critical components, especially the vulnerable #3 injector, from damaging underhood heat.At the core is an ultra-resilient 8mm thick thermal barrier, compressed between dual heat-reflective aluminum layers to  block and deflect extreme radiant heat. Built for real-world Jeep conditions, the rugged construction stands up to high  temps, trail abuse, and daily driving alike. Each fuel rail and injector cover is crafted from premium high-temperature glass fiber with a reflective aluminum outer skin, keeping fuel system components cooler and operating at peak efficiency.Installation is quick and secure with integrated hook-and-loop closures
