While our massive Spec Corvette racing kit is designed for road course use, this "Street & Strip" kit offers a balanced approach: it delivers effective oil cooling without blocking the critical airflow your radiator needs.

Maximum Airflow to Radiator

Unlike large, full-face oil coolers that can obstruct airflow to the radiator, this kit utilizes our compact MHX-221C double-pass cooler. This efficient design provides oil cooling performance comparable to the factory C6 Z06 setup but with a significantly smaller footprint. This allows more fresh air to reach your radiator, helping to keep your engine coolant temperatures lower in traffic and in the staging lanes.

C5-Specific Engineering

We engineered this kit specifically for the C5 chassis to ensure a clean, factory-like installation:

• Custom "S" Fittings: We developed proprietary offset "S" union fittings to route the oil lines through the radiator shroud. This minimizes cutting and ensures a tight, professional fitment.
• Plug-and-Play Sensor: The kit includes a new oil temperature sensor with an extended harness that plugs directly into your factory C5 wiring harness, ensuring your dashboard oil temp gauge works perfectly.

Street-Friendly Warm-Up

This kit is perfectly streetable thanks to the included EGM-112 thermostatic oil cooler adapter. The thermostat creates a bypass that allows engine oil to reach safe operating temperatures quickly, preventing the "over-cooling" issues common with non-thermostatic setups during highway driving and cold weather.

The kit features professionally assembled and pressure-tested -10AN oil lines with a Viton rubber interior and stainless steel reinforcement. The lines are wrapped in a fire-proof silicone-fiberglass heat sleeve to prevent damage from exhaust heat.
