TECH 53 - Nissan 350Z Rear Differential Bushing

We know how weak the factory rear differential bushing is. It starts to crack over time. A failing differential bushing puts additional stress on other components of the rear axle and drivetrain. Keeping the differential properly mounted and aligned ensures that other related components, like the driveshaft and rear axle, are not subjected to undue stress.

The OEM unit will wear very quickly under spirited driving. The sign of a worn bushing is a loud clonc under big acceleration or when clutch kicking.
We have designed this 350Z rear differential bushing so that it last in motorsports application. We made the bushing out of Delrin, and the inner sleeve in strong and lightweight 6061-T6 aircraft grade aluminum. Delrin is resilient, but not enough to produce flex. Compared to Aluminium, the Delrin bushings are more comfortable to drive with. In fact, you don’t feel any new vibrations when it’s installed.

Fits all Nissan 350Z and Infinity G35.
