Sc300 lower control arms

Quality looks pretty good in my opinion, definitely different from smooth oem feel. They will need some mod in areas like the bolt holes. Use round file to open up the holes and to install the big bushings in place use the cars weight to install, set up the lower control arm in desired location with wood blocks and lower the car to get the bushings in set place. Be very careful. This will avoid beating the lower control arms to crap. This Much faster safer too

Bad bushings spoil an otherwise good part

The metal sleeves inside the bushings on one of the control arms were not finished properly, and therefore could not fit the bolt that goes through. I had to request replacement sleeves. Once I got those it was okay, but I was disappointed that the quality control was not better and this led to a couple week delay in installing the control arms.

Great option for the price

Bought these looking for a bushing style replacement that was less $ than oem, so far they're working great on my daily. Only issue was the camber bolts wouldn't go through the metal part in the bushing, so had to drill them a little larger. For less than half the price of oem control arms, a little work is definitely worth it!

Take it or leave it

I installed these on my 1994 Soarer, stock 2jz. This was the second suspension mod on this vehicle. The first is a TRD front strut bar.

Shipping: When they arrived they looked good no cracks, chips, or anything otherwise. Shipping was quick

Installation. Be prepared to use a slegde to get them to fit, dead blows won't touch it, use grease on the bushings which are too big, then hit with a hammer, and repeat until it is in. you will ding them up pretty good getting them in there. Ball joints won't fit without a drill bit as the holes are plasma cut and not cleaned or clearanced. Going into this had I known that they would cause this much issue I would have got the Battleversions. Uses ES series ball joints, which should be sturdier than the stock ones or Mk3 supra ones for other arms.

Ride: I put my struts on the closest in hole, it lowered the car just a bit and removed some tire gap (245/45/r18). No rubbing besides what my tires did originally. It will not ride like stock, you will feel a lot more of the road, would definitely do this with some good coil overs which is next on my list. The car took an alignment from our machine( hunter) just like stock and has held so far.
