ESS Tuning - E39 540i ME7 ECU Tuning Software (101-58)

ESS Naturally Aspirated optimized ECU software is a result of 100's of dyno runs and exact calibration of all parameters to allow maximum performance gains with improved driveability/fuel consumption and stock engine longevity. Removed top speed governor is included, and you have the option of stock RPM limit or up to 6500RPM.

Power is increased by 12HP when programmed for premium fuel (91US/96Euro).

Throttle response programming is improved over stock.

A especially developed version for the older non-vanos M60B40/M62B44 hi-flow manifold is available as well. Tuning is optimized for the increased top end airflow of this larger manifold. This software version includes 6500RPM limit and raised maximum airflow limits as well as optimized vanos programming for the different VE with this manifold installed.
