Big Duck Club - Substituições do para-lama dianteiro E92 (+85 mm)

I don’t even know where to start with this kit, it has quite literally totaled my car installing this kit!
Stated 4-6 week lead time. Took 9 weeks, arrived in absolutely pathetic shipping box (2 old boxes taped together and minimal bubble wrapping,minimal tape, many pieces were cracked upon arrival. I emailed big duck club directly very nicely with no response, I followed up.. again no response. So where do I start? Put your reading glasses on and get comfy because it’s a long list. I ordered the front fender replacements, the complete rear clip, the trunk skin, and the drag wing. Refer to pictures below.
1.The front fender extensions do not come close to fitting the bumper, or the fender provided by big duck club. I had to cut off the bottom section because it looked so bad
2. Both right and left sides are completely different from each other front and rear. One side is always somehow worse than the other.
3. The front fenders are atleast an inch to short on both sides
4. The passenger side fender well is not even close to BEING ROUND… WTF
5. Obviously you should expect at this point that all body lines and gaps are absolutely horrible, uneven and far from ideal
6. The rear clip - stares that it comes with a connector piece for the rear clip.. it doesn’t .
7. The rear fenders don’t come close to mirroring eachother
8. There’s no good way to mount the fuel door
9.cutting up my car to install this kit would consider this car a total loss.
10. Body lines mounting up to the rear door are completely different on both sides as well as where the trunk seal mounts.
11.the tail light buckets fits absolutely terribly on the tail lights
12. The rear clip is too narrow to use the OEM BUMPER- again WTF
13. The trunk skin supplied by big duck club does not fit in the rear clip - AGAIN WTF
14. The shape of the rear clip is not even close to the shape of the trunk so it creates a massive gap that looks absolutely awful

I’m sure there’s more I’m forgetting but that’s the majority of it. Litterally worse than duraflex products which are known to be the absolute worst . Says a lot about Big duck club when they just ghost their customer service. Included is a screenshot of the email I sent to Chris . 100% awful -100 of 10 do NOT recommend. Don’t know how this company ever became a company supplying products with no care , no customer service and no quality control .
