Nuke Performance - Yellow Baffle Foam, 300x300x300mm - Petrol / E85

Yellow baffle foam for use in fuel cells to reduce fuel slash. It is delivered as a 300x300x300mm (27 liters) cube, ideal for cutting into the desired size.

Our high-quality yellow polyester baffle foam can be used as a replacement for aged foam or as an upgrade for Nuke Performance AluCell fuel cells that do not come pre-filled. Specially designed for petrol, this foam is also an ideal choice for E85 applications, ensuring stability and performance under demanding conditions.

This foam is identical to the material included with Nuke Performance fuel cells by ATL and Pyrotect. Like the foam in these cells, it’s recommended to empty and rinse your fuel cell with petrol before extended storage to minimize wear and maximize foam longevity.

• How much foam is needed for the different Nuke Performance AluCell fuel cells?
Applying the baffle foam to a Nuke Performance AluCell fuel cell (available here) is easy, cutting and fitting the foam is straightforward—simply use a sharp bread knife for clean, precise cuts. The foam blocks are easy to position and can fill the entire fuel cell, leaving space only for the CFC Unit surge tank bucket and lift pump assembly, ensuring complete fuel stabilization at all levels.

AluCell 40 liter (150-07-041 / 150-07-141) : 1-2 block of foam is needed
AluCell 45 liter (150-07-151 / 150-07-151) : 2-3 block of foam is needed
