The new A90 Supra uses a water-to-air intercooling system that uses both a water charge-air-cooler integrated to the intake manifold, and a heat exchanger. The stock heat exchanger has plastic end tanks, which can have a tendency to crack when coolant temps are much higher under spirited driving. With our 4-pass design and high quality aluminum end tanks, the coolant stays inside the heat exchanger for a much longer duration of time, increasing the cooling potential of the intake manifold charge-air-cooler.

Handcrafted and TIG welded with precision in the USA, this performance heat exchanger features a purpose-built 42mm PWR core, designed to keep the intake air temperatures (IAT’s) lower, giving you more power and increased boost potential. Engineered with rolled dimple tubes coupled with Hemmed & Louvered R-Fins, this heat exchanger has been designed with technology that has been race proven around the world. The combination of a shorter fin height and a greater number of tubes allows for more coolant to flow through the heat exchanger, meaning reduced charge air temperatures going into your engine! When combined with our up-stream auxiliary radiators, you will achieve maximum cooling efficiency for your S58 engine.
