RA21 BEAMS transmision cross member

This transmission cross member is designed specifically for the BEAMS J160 6 speed package swapped into the RA21 Celica

General Fitment

    The RA21 chassis has wide mounting points on the frames under the car, this cross member is made to span all the way across without any mods to the car and without having to drill any extra mounting holes. We've also made the cross member with a raised section for exhaust clearance on the left hand side where the BEAMS runs it's exhaust.

Construction

    The all new cross member is CNC laser cut from 1/4" steel, formed then gussets welded in for additional bracing. The part is then plated for rust prevention.

Hardware

    The crossmember comes with new bolting hardware to get it onto the chassis. It's a good idea to be sure the threads in the chassis are clean before using the new bolts. You will need to retain the factory rubber transmission mount or get one of our urethane mount, T-UTM-S2
