Had to widen the inside of the plate so the shifter could reach 5th/Reverse (ZF 5 speed In e34)

The dust boot plate prevented the shifter from fully reaching 5th and reverse until I cut away some material. I installed the shifter completely centered with the transmission in neutral, but maybe this is just a ZF320/e34 issue. The boot is nice and does greatly reduce noise from the transmission tunnel
